PROJECTS
THE ONE OFF

MELBOURNE, DERBY

The One Off, a design agency in Melbourne, contacted us to supply our services for their new premises; a historic mill restoration. Finish and detailing were key and a combination

of vintage style radiators and exposed copper piping gave the space an industrial and worn feel.

BOILERMAKER

NOTTINGHAM

A unique take on a cocktail bar. We were approached to install a new heating system for the Nottingham establishment. Taking inspiration from the Prohibition period the entrance to the bar was made to look like a boiler show room, we then installed classic radiators and pipework to create interesting features.

THE ADMIRAL HORNBLOWER

OAKHAM

We were asked to install a complete heating system at this 17th Century hotel and restaurant, during its renovation. We worked alongside other trades and the hotel owners to install a heating system that would suit the demands of this bustling property.

ASH VILLAS

NOTTINGHAM

As one of our longstanding clients, Livingstone Homes asked

us to design and install a heating system that would cater for this up market house of multiple occupancy. It needed to suit the demands of busy professionals and be able to supply heating and hot water instantly 24 hours a day. We also installed all of the seven bathrooms providing a high quality finish at an affordable cost.

HIGH PAVEMENT

NOTTINGHAM

HIGH PAVEMENT

NOTTINGHAM

This Old Mill building was recently converted in to a four floor office and leisure block in the heart of Nottingham city centre. We worked with the owners to install the heating system giving an industrial look utilising exposed pipe work. Due to the varied use of the building we needed to be able to supply heating and hot water to each individual unit separately which added an extra level of complexity.

ALBERT HALL

NOTTINGHAM

We were approached to refit and project manage the ladies bathrooms in the Albert Hall, Nottingham. This involved installing the plumbing, pipe work, sanitary and brassware along with the cubicles and furniture. We project managed the other contractors to fit flooring, wiring, plastering and painting.
